Registration for a trip is easy: you are
welcome to register by phone, e-mail or
letter.
A deposit of £175 (non-returnable) per
person will assure your place on a trip. An
information package will be sent to you
including: Medical form, itinerary and
equipment list.
The balance is due 60 days before your
departure date. All participants will be
required to sign a medical form which is
due at this time.
If you book 60 days or less before your
departure date we will require the full
payment.
If you have to cancel your booking, a
sliding refund scale will apply. Details are
provided with your information package.
