Early June saw us down to Mingulay for the first time this year. Beautiful weather and some great opportunities to get up close and personal with the local inhabitants

or is this most beautiful beach in the Hebrides? For this photo I used the panorama mode on the camera which stitched 3 shots together. I reckon it is best done with a tripod, but not too bad for being hand held all the same. May 2009

Basking Shark in Castle Bay
